FAQ's - Login Difficulties

General Information:
1. This website is best viewed on Internet Explorer 10 and above, Google Chrome 28 and above, Safari 5 and above, Mozilla Firefox 22 and above.
2. You need an active internet connection in order to use this website.

Q: I cannot sign into my account; I have forgotten my password:
A: Click on Sign In, then click on "Reset password / email" and complete the required information. The system will send you a "Forgotten Password Recovery" email containing a link. Please click on the link to reset your password. This link is only valid for 12 hours after which it expires.

Q: I requested a password reset, but the link does not work:
A: The link expires after 12 hours, so it may have expired. Please note that if you request a password reset more than once, each new request will cancel the previous link.

Q: I cannot sign into my profile; I have forgotten my email address I registered with or the answer to the password recovery question I registered with:
A: Click on Sign In, then click on "Reset password / email". Enter your current email address and we will email you with help on how to reset your account

Q: I am trying to register a new profile and the system says that my email address already exists:
A: This means you already have a registered profile. If you cannot remember the password: Click on Sign In, then click on "Reset password / email" and enter your email address. We will send you an emailc ontaining a link to reset your password.

Q: I no longer have access to my email address I registered with:
A: Click on Sign In, then click on "Reset password / email". Enter the email address you are currently using and we will reply with steps on how to reset your account

Q: I tried to "Sign in with Linkedin" but I cannot complete my profile as my ID number already exists:
A: You already have another profile on the system using a different email address than the one you use with your Linkedin Profile. You are only allowed to have one profile on this system. Please delete the new profile created with Linkedin (in Settings) and sign in to your old profile. If you wish, you may reset the email address of your old profile (in Settings) to match the one used by Linkedin and you will be able to use "Sign in with Linkedin" going forward. If you cannot remember the login email / password of your old profile, please follow the steps in "Reset password / email"

What to do if I get error messages?
1. Ensure that all required fields have been completed and are in the correct format.
2. Please refresh your computer, update your browser or try the process on another computer.
